If you need your tickets for the Erie County Fair and you need them NOW here is your chance. Advance Sale admission tickets are on sale June 1st at 10am. Be one of the first people to hold a ticket into the 174th Erie County Fair by buying your ticket online at, stopping in at the Event Center Box office or visiting the Peace Bridge Duty Free. 

Tickets purchased before August 6th are $7 for an adult, $5 for seniors and as always kids 12 and under are FREE! 

While online you can purchase your parking for the Fair as well. For just $5 you will have a preferred spot in the Gate 5 lot off Clarke Street. You will a short walk from the car to the Fair!

If you don’t take advantage of the advance sale tickets you are not doomed to pay full price because the Fair offers plenty of deals and discounts. Check them out here.

And for the fairgoers who like saving money AND the world at the same time there is an opportunity for you too! The Erie County Fair has partnered with the Food Bank of WNY to run a can drive during this year’s Fair. There are ways you can save buy bringing a cans of food with you to the Fair. The Fair is just around the corner (not that we want to wish away summer) and we want our fairgoers to be prepared with all the money saving tips and tricks of a successful trip to the Erie County Fair!

PS. Don’t forget your concert and motorevent tickets. Grandstand tickets purchased in advance allow you FREE admission to the Fair on the day of the event!

Get Ready for some Fuel Filled Excitement at the Erie County Fair

Do you want to be a part of the fuel filled excitement of Erie County Fair motorevents? Tickets go on sale June 1st so you and your family can have seats at some of the most thrilling events here at the Fairgrounds.This year’s motorevent lineup includes:

August 15th- 7pm- Ultimate Night of Destruction. You wanted it back Erie County and here it is. Figure-8 races, a bus demolition derby, MONSTER TRUCKS and more will round out the night’s events. This year the event will be featuring monster trucks, Krazy Train and Aftershock. Tickets are $16 and kids 12 and under are FREE with a paid adult.

August 16 & 17– 6pm- Lucas Oil Truck and Tractor Pull with WNY Pro Farm Pullers (presented by General Tire). Who doesn’t love the sound of the engines revving up for a big pull? There will be six classes featured each night with some of the biggest, baddest trucks and tractors you have ever seen. Tickets are $20 for pit passes, $16 for Infield, and $12 for Grandstand. Kids 12 and under are FREE

August 18th
-1pm & 7pm-World’s Largest Demolition Derby . We couldn’t close the Fair without the traditional crashing, smashing, sendoff that is the Demolition Derby. Both shows promise to be full of all the drama, excitement and crazy paint jobs fairgoers have come to expect. NEW for 2013, both shows will also feature monster trucks Outlaw and Bounty Hunter. Tickets are $16 general admission

Ready, Set, Go…Download your Erie County Fair 5K Application

The Erie County Fair 5K returns on Saturday August 10, 2013 at 9am at the Fairgrounds in Hamburg, NY. This newly certified 3.1 mile course is one of the flattest in WNY. The starting and finish line are at the entrance of the Grandstand and the race route takes participants through the Town and Village of Hamburg.

Pre-registration cost is $20 and participants may register online at under the contests tab. Pre-registration is encouraged, however, racers may sign up beginning at 7:30am on the day of the race for a $25 entry fee.

All ages are welcome to participate in the 5K, however, no pets, skateboards, rollerblades or bicycles are allowed on the course. Water stations will be provided.

A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit Special Olympics of New York, an organization that is dedicated to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-style sports for all children and adults with intellectual disabilities giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and participate in a sharing of skills and friendship with their families, Special Olympics athletes and the community. Through their participation in Special Olympics New York athletes gain confidence and build a positive self-image, which carries into the classroom,, the home, the workplace and the community. Erie County Fair Concert Tickets on Sale Saturday, May 4 at 10am
